Founded by Catherine Lonergan in 2020, a highly experienced Senior Business and Customer Consultant with a strong track record in delivering company and customer metrics across a range of industries.
Having held senior roles in several large corporate organisations I know first hand the challenges executives face trying to manage it all, and the fine line between delivering on customers goals whilst still achieving corporate strategic goals. Companies worked in include Vodafone, O2 Telefonica, Meteor, Three Mobile and eir in Telecoms and Esso in Petroleum.
I have a wealth of experience in establishing new functions and transforming teams to deliver for the company by systematically managing the customer at every point of the customer journey and having a sustained impact on ROI.
My professional experience spans B2C and B2B, specialising in Customer Value Management, Retention, Sales, Retail and OmniChannel delivery.
